The host a very helpful and informative. The pictures of the place matched the apartment and more. Cleanliness and setup of the apartment and even the pull out sofa bed was amazing. Would recommend to friends and family and use again when in Birmingham.

Where to park?
On-street Paid Parking
Parking on Helena St costs £5 per 4 hours. It's free between 6pm to 8AM, so if you arrive at our typical check-in time for example (15:00 PM) and pay for 3-4 hours, you could park there for the night for £5.
Note: frequently patrolled by a traffic warden.
CCTV Monitored Car Park
Alternatively, there is also a paid parking lot minutes away, on Clement St, where you can park for £5 for 24 hours. The parking lot is about 1 minute drive away, or roughly a 3-5 minute walk from Helena St.
Note: It's a first-come first-serve arrangement
How do I find the lockbox?
As seen in the video. If you’re facing the doors, turn to your right and walk down the street until you cross over to Edward street, where you should now be seeing a silver metal fence around a bushy area (depending on the season!)
There will be a flat side to the fence, which is parallel to the pathway, and a diagonal part which is stretches into a triangular patch of dirt which has trees on it.
Along the diagonal section, you will find a fully black lockbox hanging there. As part of your booking, you will have been sent a PIN for unlocking this box. It will contain the keys required to access the flat.
Which building is it?
Once you arrive on Helena Street, the building Flat 203 is in is the one shown on the following image:
The glass double-doors is the official entry, marked in red on the image. Inside, you should be able to see block letters on the wall that read “PROSPERITY DEVELOPMENTS“.
How do I access the place?
Main door
With the keys, you have the option to enter via the main door. The shorter key will usually be the one to open this door. Don’t be afraid to use a little bit of force if it won’t open gently, as the door has been reported to sometimes jam the key or not open as easily.
Bin Store (code: C1369Z)
You can also enter through the bin store if you have some items you need to throw away. Note: there is another door you will need to get through on the opposite corner of the car park. This door isn’t always unlocked. If you have the keys, your best bet is the main entrance.

Floor 2
Take either the stairs or the lift to the second floor of the building.
Down the hall
While facing the lifts on floor 2, walk to the wall your left and you'll see two doors on either side. Enter the left door.

Walk to the end of the corridor and 203 will be the last door on your right.

Turning the sofa-bed into a bed...
If you’d like to use the sofa-bed as a bed during your stay, this video should be helpful in demonstrating how to unfold it. Folding it back will simply be the reverse of this.
